Two high cultures cannot co-exist in the same land typically. There will be conflict to varying degrees. Examples: Hindu elite vs Perso-Islamic (led to Partition). Hindu elite vs materialism/ modernity with abrahamistic root (uneasy coexistance). Perso-Islamic vs modern materialism (simply cannot coexist).
